Extremely interesting clients and matters. Intellectual challenges everyday. Very good networking opportunities.

Cons

24/7 dedication and a compensation that is not really compensating the lack of work-life balance. Office politics are everywhere and have a direct impact on promotions. Each department works differently, so depending on the managers and the colleagues you have you may find yourself at home or you may hate it.
