      Assistants are worth nothing for some partners

      Pros

      Sophisticated and prestige company. Relationship with the rest of assistants very good, supporting each other. No need to stay extra time, as 'afterhours' assistants are hired for late shifts. Good welcome program.

      Cons

      Bully boss (I left the company after 6 months Assistants' work is not valued. Low salary Stiff atmosphere among some of the partners
