Badly organized.

Pros

Some of the younger generation hirings are tremendous people both socially and technically. There is a great relationship between the younger associates and trainees.

Cons

Like most law firms, it is badly organized, not working like a properly managed company, where productivity is encouraged, a meritocracy. The attribution of bonuses is unclear and subjective.
