Pros

I left the company last year after a period of ill health and Tony and the rest of the staff were hugely supportive , I loved my time at Crystal and the opportunities to develop and work alongside some great people . If you are thinking of applying to the company do it , if you work hard you will be developed and grow new skills

Cons

Its obviously going to be difficult throughout the changes to the PPI world , however the ethics and want to always put the customer first I am sure will mean that Tony and the SMT will steer the ship into pastures new . It may mean some changes and alterations to headcount but I hope the company flourishes and come s out the other side strong

Pros

Friendly atmosphere in a busy, proactive office environment. There always great ideas around raising money for charity. Free drinks through the day with a tuck shop available to everyone. Again all for charity. The work can be repetitive but the people are amazing and make every day a fun experience.

Cons

The work can become repetitive, but that's the same in any job really.

Pros

Crystal is a very ethical PPi company who are making great strides to become a destination employer, they have listened to staff concerns, raised salaries, address a number of issues, implemented number of positive changes and most importantly constantly work to get things right for colleagues and clients. Don't take my word forte, read the Feefo Client feedback revues (consistantlyscoring 4.6 out of 5)

Cons

They don't always get things right but they do learn, they do expect a lot but they give a lot in return
