It all depends on where you have worked before and what you are used to.

Everyone has there own opinion on matters, but this is a company like non I have worked before.

If you want to have that "Family Oriented" workplace then Crystal is it. If you want a workplace where you want the company to guide, help and push you through tough times, tough tasks and help you with everything then Crystal is perfect. Management there is brilliant, they are supportive, caring and really positive, they are always looking to praise you and always looking to see if there is anything they can help you with. One of the most perfect thing is about management there is that they have a perfect balance of when to be your mate to have a laugh with crossed with being your TL/Manager and knowing when its time to get some work done. Their doors are always open for a chat whether it be work or personal life. Lastly they have just re-branded and helping people with their financial well-being, they want peoples perspective on the financial services to be changed into a positive and you can clearly tell that they care deeply as the amount of time, effort and creativity has gone into the marketing campaign.

Cons

Crystal is a company in transition from being one of the biggest in PPI to up and coming in the Insurance Industry. Which comes to my point of them finding a good but reliable data supplier, whilst doing this, commission can come to a minor decline but they are always looking to get the right reliable supplier
