We got very low benefit (salary & wage). Too much overload work. Very Stressful Job

Remote in, lax dress code, supportive managers, cool CEO, given a good variety of projects, they care about me and my career goals

The only con I can think of comes along with any job in public accounting. The hours are long sometimes.
