      We live in challenging environment. We have good teammates who always support each other. Crowe Horwath is one of Big 10 Accounting Firms.

      Cons

      We got very low benefit (salary & wage). Too much overload work. Very Stressful Job

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
