Great people and leadership. Very supportive of work-life balance. They give plenty of PTO. Good benefits. Challenging and rewarding work.

Cons

Like any public accounting firm, you work a lot of hours, especially during busy season. There can also be a lot of travel.

Pros

I really enjoy the culture at Crowe. They appreciate your work and care about you as a person. I am able to work in many different industries and I am not pigeon holed into working on one specific area of an audit.

Cons

Wish we had more PTO to align with the Big 4 and that we had more time for paternity leave (Currently 1 day).
