Awesome people around top to bottom, every single person I have met from front desk staff to directors ensure your stay at Crowe is worthwhile! Pretty stable organization. Crowe is the real deal in terms of FLEX and PTO, makes your life a lot easy.

Cons

None so far, some technological preferences can be a bit of an issue, but the team plus the above pluses compensate for the same.

Culture is inclusive and flexible work environment and good client experience.

Cons

They have a tendency to overwork high achievers and sometimes partners don't respect work/personal boundaries after hours and on weekends even during slow season. WAY too much emphasis on realization to the point where it's becoming a skewed metric for productivity or pricing purposes.
