Terrible Company. Stay away if you want a good career

Some of the coworkers are good. If you are desperate for a job it is good for a paycheck, but not a good long term place.

Cons

Terrible Technology. Lack of Competent leadership. Team leaders regularly insult their staff.

Pros

The team I work with have been great. Though many cuts have been made, the South Bend office is doing more than we have in the past to keep morale high.

Cons

Lots of uncertainty about job security. Emphasis on moving work overseas. Benefits have been cut, holiday schedule has been reduced, time off is being monitored by management. Wages have stagnated multiple years and even before that increases never kept up with inflation.

Pros

There are some really great people here and I grew a lot and had some awesome years at Crowe. The work/life benefits are fabulous.

Cons

The last 5+ years have been steadily going downhill. The upper management team, at least in the marketing department, is mostly all new and the culture changed drastically. It's not longer about how you can grow in the company, but just all about helping the company reach $2B revenue, and if you don't like it, you can leave. Tons of turnover. People either quitting or being laid off in droves. It seems very unstable and the most people are overworked and unhappy.
