Crowe understands the importance of work/life balance and also provides their employees with great industry standard benefits.

Cons

It's very much a gamble as you can end up on a team with poor leadership. Lack of guidance and transparency can stifle growth and understanding of the team and organization. I would thoroughly vet and research any team that you're joining, especially on the Talent Solutions Tax team.
