If you aren't an accountant, don't work for Crowe. They haven't figured out how to balance consulting with accounting, and there is definitely a bias in the leadership.

The rest of 50% are the worst I have ever met in my life. Insanely stress on UT but how do you hit the goal with messy clients, toxic team, toxic partners, (which is more of leadership' duty right) There are several bloody toxic people that worsen my experience here and have to go to therapist shortly I started there. Couldnt thank more enough to my prior managers and a few colleague and also my current job that saved my whole life. After moving to another PA firm, vs Crowe, I reach to a conclusion that indeed Crowe is going downhills and those people are way toxic. As of brand name, compared to other national mid size firm, Crowe is not valued enough. Can sense when looking for exit opportunity. Except for this, B4 is always the best place to open way more opportunity so if truly want to suffer, why not choose B4？Really tricky situation here, you sacrificed your career to come here to look for good culture and good benefit, but they don't offer you especially in recent few years. Then why not choose B4...？Either go to B4 or other better non B4 firms pls.
