Pros

- Flexibility in working from home. - Access to latest technologies. - Good company for people without family and without a life outside of work.

Cons

- Expect to work like a slave: 60-hour work week was the norm in our team rather than an exception. Expect not to have time even for meals and restroom breaks - not kidding! If you dare to defy and have a semblance of work-life balance, then you'll be singled out. - Micromanagement: You're supposed to work with someone watching over your shoulders during the work-sessions. Even small emails are reviewed before sending. Lack of trust overall from the senior leadership in the capabilities of the team-members. - Stress: Several colleagues had to leave work due to the long hours and stress. Too many projects and meetings, reprimanding attitude of the senior managers, overpromise to clients, not taking care of employees well-being, constant stress, no breaks - all these start affecting your health in the long run. - Compensation: This is way below the industry standards for the level of work they make you do. PTO-structure has been disbanded, so it is up to the supervisor's discretion whether they wanna give PTO or not. - Toxic environment: The senior managers used to bully and ridicule team members both in public and private. Never witnessed such toxicity, favoritism, back-biting in my entire career. The only thing senior managers/partners care about are profits (for the company only)...you'll be doled out peanuts! - High attrition: You're just a headcount for them. There's no time set aside for learning/training that is actually relevant to your field. You have to finish a minimum number of CPA credits every year and take courses not particularly useful for your long-term career. Senior managers DO NOT CARE about employee-training or well-being - Ironic isn't it considering that Care & Share are some of the so-called core values of the company?

Pros

Remote Work, Generous PTO, Diversity department.

Cons

Cut 401k match during a pandemic, was harassed by my boss and HR said she was untouchable so I just had to deal. Was told to hide Pride flags from videos. Worked 60+ hours on threat of being laid off in the "next round".

Pros

- Flexible work arrangements - Good benefits - Generous PTO Plan

Cons

- Workload expectations are... a lot. My offer said to expect an average of 45 hours/week. I found it to be closer to 60. PTO plans are generous, but when you're not on PTO you are expected to be available 24/7. - Partners and Directors have a lot of autonomy with how they run their teams, which can be a good thing if they're a good manager. But my experience was a team with a toxic, dictatorial dynamic where open and honest discussions were actively discouraged, often at the expense of doing good work. Loyalty was valued more than competence on my team, which was reflected in an extremely high turnover rate.
