      Decent salary, good benefits, some great people

      Cons

      So many people are burnt out and quitting. This year has been especially hard with budget cuts. Culture has majorly declined.

      Pros

      Salary is good, especially for starting and WFH is always nice.

      Cons

      -minimal to no training. You’re just expected to know how it all works even if you’re brand new to the job/industry. -Will place you in departments with specializations that you’ve never done before and be upset you don’t know what’s happening. -understaffed teams, leading to staff not having seniors to help teach and then managers/SM upset they have to answer questions.
