Pros

High compensation (Higher than big 4 starting off) Good benefits Road warrior program(Pays bonuses/incentives to people who travel) Generous PTO

Cons

Expectations not very clear to employees when starting. But when you don't meet them, you hear about it. Long work hours no matter what time of year it is. Demanding travel schedule due to such fast growth. Bonuses are very small.

Pros

The Best thing about Crowe is that it can provide a great foundation for your Career. Crowe, for the most part, deals with mid sized clients so you get exposed to so many different clients and get to see the entire organization. In addition, they will give staff all the responsibility that they are willing to take and handle. The opportunity for growth is endless as long as your willing to work for it. Management really encourages individuals to develop their careers. Everyone is assigned a coach (mentor) and their responsibility is to ensure that your heading in the right direction career wise. For the most part the company is very flexible with working from home and taking days off as long it doesn't conflict with client assignments.

Cons

The company has a great vision and core values but I don't think they carry them out. They say they are concerned about work life balance but in reality they are not. For the most part, it is because the people in Senior positions worked tremendous amount of hours to get where they. How can they not expect us to do the same? However, the amount of stress created for the employees is a little much as well. The workload is excessive and therefore it is really hard to meet deadlines which becomes an overbearing stress on employees that they just can't get rid of. In addition, the supervisor oversight on jobs is lacking because everyone is so busy all the time.

Pros

Great benefits packages. I really like how vacation and sick days are combined into one so you can use them when you like. I never call in sick (haven't in the last 5 years) so sick days are not a priority for me. I enjoy the relations I have with my co-workers. Atmosphere is light and they do a good job at not micro managing you.

Cons

Not very happy with the compensation. People resources are a little thin
