coworkers are great to work with PTO is good Some business units work well as a team

Cons

Current management team manages day to day reactive instead of proactive loss of trust with employees massive firings have hurt the talent pool unrealistic budgets and hours expectations worry too much about small special interest groups instead of staff as a whole
