      - Decent pay for undeveloped countries

      Cons

      - Long recruitment process sometimes it can even last more than your time being employed. - No job security, you can be fired anytime if management messes it up - Worksmart: they log your keystrokes and take a picture every 10 minutes and the new way to determine if you are idle is ridiculous.

      Work from home, competitive salary.

      Cons

      Unreasonable goals requiring 60+ hours a week, but they pay at most 40. You’re expected to be available at all hours due to different timezones.

      Thank you for your comments. Our standard work week is 40 hours. The time tracking software is designed to provide you with productivity coaching to stay within the allocated hours. If you need assistance, I suggest reaching out to your manager or Human Resources to see how this can be resolved. We never ask team members to work unpaid hours as this is against company policy.

      Free hours to work in flexible team managers (not all) bunch of tech. to learn

      Cons

      no contract or any other benefits you get rather than your salary no clear evaluation process for employees and therefore you might be disqualified by a manager behind the scenes and you won't know until you out
