Unfortunately, the organization can feel very disorganized at times, with unclear direction and shifting priorities. Leadership within Product lacked approachability and inclusivity. It often felt hierarchical, and employees below senior management levels were not always heard or valued. Decision-making was top-down, with limited collaboration or openness to feedback.
Employees work extremely hard, but recognition and development don’t always match the level of effort being put in. Stronger, more people-first leadership and clearer strategic alignment would make a significant difference.
