Great pay & 50% discounts instore and online

Cons

Micro managed, favouritism with certain staff and customers including when discounts are used etc, managers just sit in office or stand watching over staff, don’t seem to greet or do any of the other tasks expected of staff, expected to smile 24/7 & be available, must face the door at all times even when sorting jibbitz table - very confusing. just a lot of mixed rules and regulations that only apply at certain times
