      very nice atmosphere, very human management. Everything is done to make you feel comfortable.

      Cons

      very low salary, benefits aren't good. hard to move up.

      Pros

      Great projects to work on, great people to work with. Very laid back atmosphere, kind of work hard-play hard mentality. and there is a gym!

      Cons

      Communication can sometime lack, which makes you wait on projects or responses about important tasks.

      Pros

      Friendly people who take an interest in what you are doing. The company culture is very relaxed and easy going. Management is flexible about family and work-life balance.

      Cons

      The company seems a bit chaotic and disorganized in its strategy. Long range planning seems more ad hoc than anything else, which can lead to frustration and last second "fire drills" that could have easily been avoided with some planning.
