Pros

Great people and very competant at and below the manager level. Plenty of autonomy to make new processes because it is so new and young (as long as you know what you are doing). Executive management is extremely intelligent and capable and does drive the company to do its best. Open atmosphere. We have good social times in the office that help people work together and get to know others. Executive management listens to managers and sub managers more now that they have realized that that's where the information is at. Directors have agendas, policy walks (sub managers) have information. Executive management is making better business decisions and listening to more people.

Cons

"Right Now" mantality of directors that want information that is actually not relevant to business making decisions. Directors are fearful of management because they don't know how to take action on failing items. Directors don't have confidence in the people to move up in the company but those those employees are the most knowledgeable about the company. I hope executive management starts to realize that.

Pros

Great discount on product, new workout facility and beautiful corporate offices. Fantastic catered lunches brought in daily, beautiful campus location.

Cons

Crocs is a colorful, fun brand but the corporate offices are anything but that. Within the last two years, its become an environment built on fear and paranoia stemming from the executive offices. Executive leadership has the philosophy of "not playing nice" which has resonated throughout the entire organization. Employees have stopped trusting in each other and it turn started only looking out for themselves. Its a political minefield every day.

Pros

- Decent pay for the area - Free shoe program and 50% discount - Flexible hours - Some very smart people - Lots of things always happening - New HQ building has a gym and a cafeteria HUGE improvement - Nice location

Cons

Senior management is dominated by politicians. This results in rash, abrupt, often reckless changes in direction and priorities. Management makes too many decisions based on political gain and not based on what is right for the company long-term. People with no budget authority or accountability can suddenly spearhead massive, expensive projects that are completely unnecessary based solely on their political backing. Management can be very abusive at times, yelling and demeaning employees in public. At other times, management will provide absolutely no guidance at all on your performance until your annual review and you're told it was all done incorrectly. Zero room for upward movement, despite the promises made when you were recruited or hired.
