Pros
A Great part of working for crocs was the uniform. The environment was always a pleasant one. The diversity of clientele and employees allowed for a wider margin of personal and company growth. The possibilities for growth in both position and salary was attainable and was achieved through hard work and determination. Overall a great product.
Cons
A downfall was the inexperience of some people that were put in charge. Rather than promoting those who have showed determination and responsibility, a person off the street was brought in, maybe to cut costs.
