      Free crocs, decent hourly pay.

      Cons

      Realizing that your working for a company that doesn't care about customer satisfaction or customer service. Allowing Asm's not to do their job & completely get away with it.

      A small discount on products is about the only Pro

      Cons

      Crocs has absolutely terrible management all the way from the top to regional managers. Crocs corporate values are that of fear and intimidation, back stabbing, and doing things the most illogical way possible. Everybody is looking out for number one only, especially the managers higher up the chain, they simply cannot be trusted. Store managers, and sales reps are generally treated like trash that can abused in anyway imaginable.

      We are located in beautiful Boulder, Colorado! Crocs offers very competitive benefits, 401k plan, on campus gym, and a number of other workplace perks. We have a dedicated and passionate employee base that truly make this a wonderful place to work. I have experienced several opportunities for advancement since I started working for Crocs and I believe the management team is dedicated to the retention of our employees. Crocs is an amazing brand because we have a unique set of products and a dedicated consumer base, enviable by most companies in the industry. Overall, Crocs is hard work but a fantastically fun ride!

      Cons

      Crocs is still young (11 years!) so "growing pains" are inevitable.
