Great Brand with enormous potential

Cons

Senior Management and middle management are deathly afraid of CEO, and manage accordingly. The company is paralyzed with fear and very little happens to day to day because of the bad behavior and bullying of the CEO and some of his right hand men. Sad.

Casual work environment, good benefits, good employee discount including free product

Cons

Executive management thrives on politics and conflict. They condone and participate in screaming and launching profanity laced tirades in business meetings. Company can't seem to determine what type of product to offer so they muddy the brand concept by trying to offer everything and end up failing the customer by rushing out poor fitting product (i.e., the golf line and boot products), They are sinking tons of effort into the retail brick and mortar side of the business with little success.
