Easy, international atmosphere at work with friendly colleagues in CS. Company sponsored social event for all employees with drinks and finger foods every second Friday. Discount on Crocs. Simple, straightforward job.

Cons

Simple, straightforward job w/o challenge. Lots of quality problems with Crocs products that customers can complain about due to poor quality control. Lethargic management with little interest to make a real change, only trying to cover their bases and have a simple and secure job.
