Mostly older customers, kinda boring at time. Having to wear crocs sucked because they look goofy, but can't complain

Flexibility with hours, environmentally friendly, free shoes for employees, growing company, forward-thinking, open to employee suggestion, constant morale-boosting activities.

Cons

Sudden lay-offs, frequent change resulting in downsizing, certain managers will stretch the truth to ensure their best employees don't move departments or get promoted, hiring is done through a third-party contracting company resulting in lower wages and confusion of hierarchy.
