      12 years ago Crocs was not even a brand - now it is a 1.2 billion Company , it is hard to keep up all together and find the way to build the Organization and the Processes needed to bring Crocs to the Next Level a lot of motivation and time are required.

      Cons

      Trust more the people with talent let's build the Organization leaded by Managers with the Vision and the Skills required to create even more talents below them.
