Great people and work environment ... and you get to wear the product to work everyday! Opportunities to show your abilities. Lots of additional benefits like in-house gym and volunteer opportunities.

Cons

This is a global company so there can be some early morning or late evening calls. I found these to be manageable.

Friendly environment, nice dress code, great customers. If you get a great manager you going to have a great time and having fun

Cons

Minimum payment, and a lot of responsibility, if you have a bad manager your time in crocs going to be a bad time. No body her yours ideas , and them do not have time to talk with others employees only the managers.
