      Pros

      In Crocs there is a very relaxed working atmosphere, you will find very approachable management, and there are mostly people that are very fun-loving and casual. I love the fact that most people dress very casually and they invite diversity. Among some people Crocs brand is laughable for this or that reason, and I think that it's very positive since in Crocs you will find people that are born to try and break those prejudices. :D

      Cons

      I worked in HR and I would love to see more contemporary HR/People Operations practices. I feel they are falling a bit behind most companies, from employer branding, to perks and benefits. They should look to other successful companies like Google, Nike or Booking.com.
