Pros

Fun, upbeat environment. Everyone got a long. Some days were busy some were not. On busy days people burst through the store yelling and digging though bins of shoes.

Cons

It's hard to just sell rubber shoes. Employees should be trained better at the benefits of the shoes in stead of making it up on the fly.

Pros

Great coworkers at my location

Cons

Worked at Crocs for almost 3 years and never once got a real raise. One time we all got a "cost of living increase" which added 17 cents an hour to my check but never saw a real raise. When I asked for one I was told by Human Resources that they weren't giving raises at the moment despite my excellent sales numbers.

Pros

Some friendly staff - Free Shoes ever 3 months - discount cards for family & friends.

Cons

No training, No room for growth , high staff turnover, no 2IC positions. Manager and Casuals only makes hard to ground decent staff. Salary is below whats needed to live on. Old Computer systems, dated procedures and policies.
