      Lots of opportunity for new business experiences. High energy, friendly, youthful group of employees creates a fun environment to work in.

      Lack of long term vision / business strategy adds to the chaotic environment. The management team does not operate in support of a long term vision.

      Flexible schedule, tight knit work team, very relaxed and friendly setting allowing to build relationships with co-workers and management
