Great company and a great location on the front range in Colorado. Niwot is a great area to work. Great people

Cons

The salary wasn't very good, and I would have liked to have more benefits. The management wasn't very accessible for the lower employees.

laid back culture, for the most part co-workers were great to work with.

Cons

Management changed priorities constantly and it was nearly impossible to keep up with the most up to date direction the company was heading.
