It's a very young company so "structure" is an ongoing process, which can be confusing at times for people who come from more organized companies. Standards, time frames and things like that are not enforced and you'll hardly ever see a DM.

You are on your own. No questions asked. Just do your own work.

Cons

Deicisions controlled by a few top executives. Either you oblige or you are gone quickly. You need to be liked by top mgmt, otherwise you are ostracized and out you go. Claim to be open, but in fact things are hush-hush confidential, keep in the dark. Mgmt do not walk the talk. Cover-ups from real facts are common. Poor communications. Demoralised employees.
