      Pros

      The pay was decent. It's a very very easy job. They pay more then most retail businesses. But the pay almost isn't worth it.

      Cons

      It's very boring. It's the same thing day by day. They are VERY outdated paperwork wise. Closing and opening takes forever just because you have so much paper work to do.

      My colleagues were always easy to work with/get along with. the hours were flexible, discounts and free shoes every quarter

      Cons

      No 2ICs, no room for moving up in the company, I feel like they didn't really check in on managers properly as some of the managers were pretty terrible at their jobs and never seemed to be reprimanded for it

      Met some really cool people there. Very slow so it was nice to connect with some of my co-workers.

      Cons

      Very boring place to work. Very little room to grow and thrive with the company.
