      Pros

      Excellent working environment, great company to grow in. Management is very good at listening to concerns and addressing them. The path to advancement is always open to those willing to take on the challenges.

      Cons

      There is a lot of document driven training on policy and procedures driven by FDA and company requirements. On-boarding (the first 90 days of employment) there are dozens and dozens of documents that must be reviewed and signed for acceptance of policies and procedures which can be overwhelming to new employees.
