      Pros

      Knowing what I do is making a difference to people who are being diagnosed with Lung Cancer; the instruments used are non-invasive and take a biopsy of the lung in several places with a diagnosis and treatment plan all within a few hours.

      Cons

      Poor technology and service in all areas of operation - IT, video conference, Phone, Travel, Records management, Regulations. Users create service requests online, and the request logged gets closed with out being addressed or fixed.
