the people there are great, everyone is eager to help and offer advice- its a small family within a large company

Cons

the constant reorganization and restructuring leads to a culture of uncertainty. even though its a large company, there are a lot of policies and procedures that have yet to be defined. they are often times reactive rather than proactive

Good pay, Quality was important, various training options, small group with nice people, and great location with many options for lunch.

Cons

12 hour shifts with no shift premium, pay raises were not even close to cost of living, management would did not give bonuses to hourly associates

Cons

Teamwork and execution used to be the standard. Duck & Cover is now the new norm.
