The products that Covidien produces are fantastic. The level of detail and commitment to quality rival anyone in the industry.

Cons

The company is completely politically driven. You always need to keep a watch out to see who is trying to use you as a step on their ladder to success. Political cronies and operatives are rewarded while hard workers are punished.
