      company pays fairly good salary

      Cons

      management does not see value in people but focus on their own career only. people are just numbers and are being punished accept they help their managers grow. intracompany processes do not exist or are very poor. people and customers are suffering tremendously.

      Some great products and good people to work with. Interesting projects. I enjoyed the teams I worked with. Some training opportunities.

      Cons

      Constant swirl in the direction and priorities of the company. Long hours, heavy workload. Very competitive environment in local office and throughout the organization.
