Good co-workers - Bad Middle Management

Pros

Really good people. Very focused younger generation. Operations group is a very good place to work, if you are ready to give up on your work-life balance.

Cons

Principle engineers in the Catheter R&D group are not competent. Middle Management is filled with "YES BOSS" kind of people. Nobody questions the decisions of senior management. Projects get cancelled after investing so much time and effort into it. Lot of politics and bureaucracy.

Great environment! Plenty of opportunities to learn. Definitely a great place to work. Everyone is very nice and willing to teach you

Cons

Lack of space. Some managers refuse you overtime pay. Very busy. Hard to get meeting space. Wish they had a cafeteria or something with in walking distance. Have to park at remote lot and shuttle in.
