Business Outlook
Pros
Company has room to grow, has a wide portfolio of medical devices, focused on sales and marketing
Cons
HR and recruiting is almost non-existent for entry level positions. I knew an engineering undergrad from Yale with a strong resume who was only offered an internship after graduation... something similar happened with me when they outsourced my position to temp to avoid offering benefits... does not seem the company is interested in strong candidates from the bottom up. Execs seem smart for macro level thought but its a bad place for high achieving young people.
