Strong performance, brand recognition (good resume builder) and work-life balance. The stocks have doubled in the past 3 years and are going strong. Having a global market leader on the resume is definitely a plus.

Cons

Constant re-organizations: some people got 6+ bosses in 4 years. As a result, people are constantly worry about their job and are not motivated.

There are a good number of bright people who get things done. Compensation is good, people are friendly.

Cons

Management is often disconnected from the actual processes that makes them money. Middle management is working exclusively on the next promotion, and isn't paying attention to actually doing their job.
