As in any company the work environment can depend a great dael on the group you are in. Some of the groups can be overly competetive

There is very much room for advancement many opportunities. Were very accomodating to personal needs and wants. Fair review process.

Cons

To many executives. To political. Unless you were "buddies" with a c leve exec, you really could not advance. Playing golf seemed to be a wanted attribute.
