Because it is such a big company there is a lot of red tape to completing seemingly easy tasks efficiently

Pros

Good introduction into medical sales. Company is very large so you have clout when you go into hospitals. Training is pretty good and will look good on your resume.

Cons

The division I worked in had upper management that gossiped worse than high school kids. Also the products rarely worked correctly and you could easily lose business as soon as you gain it. The pay structure is also much less competitive when compared to other companies.
