new evolving organisation , lot of visibility and incentivisation from management on accomplishing goal/ targeted numbers . New initiatives taken on Business development through education.

Cons

Highly political organisation at all even Esp at Leaders level . Too many business directors ( business tags ) offered with no equal match of competencies exhibited by them . Typically sales organisation with no nostrong value and ethics system intact.

Nice facilities, good management, good benefits, opportunities for growth, good work-life balance, great co-workers, fast paced, never a dull moment.

Cons

If you believe that you are "doing something good for humanity" by working at a medical device company, you are right. But remember, it's just another share-holder driven large corporation focused on making maximum profit margins this quarter.

Site managers were generally very good, focused on achieving good customer outcomes.

Cons

New people were often promoted quickly, but did not stay in Boulder (or Covidien) for longer than 4 years. That included the Division CEO(s)!
