Cons
Your learning will come at a high price. The mid and lower management of this department provide little to no guidance and have the audacity to ridicule and blacklist those who stumble up the learning curve. There is no professional development and absolutely zero chance of advancement unless you are among the privileged few. Management is self-absorbed, immature and inept. They are primarily focused on their own career goals and the way in which they are perceived by upper management than on developing and leading their staff. 5 resignations in the past 2 months - hopefully they change their ways. But highly doubtful.
