Large responabilities, very involved with the front line of product development of new products, get to design actual products by yourself and with team members. Get to take part in the management and meeting side of engineering as well as manufacturing and R&D. Very flexible with school schedules and classes.

Cons

I cannot come up with a single con for this company. It is a great place to work and everyone is really friendly.
