      Pros

      Health Insurance, Bonus(which you have to jump through hoops for) ,annual salary increase(this is a joke as it never matches inflation.

      Cons

      The constant bullying environment. No need for it. Talk of a union being brought in due to this which is a shame as was a great place to work afew years ago. People not treated equally. No training provided unless you,re in the click.

      Pay is at the top end of the market. The company's stock continues to do well thanks to a well crafted acquisition strategy.

      Cons

      Each functional group has its own culture. Marketing's culture is rough with very high turnover and limited opportunities for advancement.
