      Pros

      Great people to work with, lots of diversity in tasks and products, and a strong customer focus to better understand the market and product environment.

      Cons

      Management is constantly changing its mind, so projects are started and stopped, then often started again. Very little continuity in workstreams, and often no accomplishments at the end of the project.
