Facility morale is on a steady downward spiral
Pros
Medical goods will always be a needed product. We're the last distribution center left for medical supplies, so unless there's a major shift the facility should remain open for the foreseeable future.
Cons
No work life balance. Understaffed. Micromanaged, yet they don't know much about how many things work on a real-world, day-to-day basis. Wages frozen for hourly people for over 5 years. Changes made without thought of how others will be affected (as in change to make something easier on one group but just adds more to somebody else, with no gains, often loss, in efficiency). Quality rarely mentioned any more. Programs added/changed that look good on paper but don't help people, just add more time. No accountability for errors. People on floor don't believe or trust management.
